A Distributor is an entity that buys non-competing products or product lines, correlate them, and resells them through a Reseller’s Network, without going directly to the end Users, but sells directly to System Integrators. Our distributors usually also provide a range of services (such as product information, estimates, technical support, after-sales services, training, certifications) to their Resellers. We have a Global (world-wide) Distributor and a number of sub-Distributors in charge of different Territories.
A Partner is an Authorized Consultant, part of our Certification Program.
A Reseller is an intermediary between end-user organizations and the Distributor. Its purpose is first and foremost to enable software and cloud service acquisition, but also provide administrative, advisory and professional services directly to the customer. The Reseller must function as an authorized intermediary between the Distributor and the Customer.
A VAR (Value-Added Reseller) is a firm that enhances the value of our products by adding customized features or services for resale to end Users and Customers. Our VARs are specialized in a market sector, like Mobile, Automotive, IoT, Digital Innovation or Machine Learning.
